Thank you for shopping with Crown Whip. Please read our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days (depending on your location)
Orders are shipped from within Australia using trusted courier partners.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

By purchasing cream chargers, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally allowed to purchase these products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements. Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe and legal delivery.

All sales are final. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@crownwhip.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the nature of cream chargers, we are unable to ship to:

• PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

• Certain remote or restricted areas

• International addresses outside Australia

If your address falls into one of these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund the order.
